Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field. Advanced coursework or certifications in digital marketing are a plus.
- Technical Skills:
- Advanced proficiency in managing major social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Twitter/X, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube) and tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Later).
- Expertise in content creation software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Canva Pro) for high-quality graphics, videos, and animations.
- Strong command of analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Sprout Social Analytics) for in-depth performance tracking and reporting.
- Familiarity with paid advertising tools (e.g., Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager) and SEO principles.
- Experience:
- 3+ years of professional experience in social media management, leading campaigns, or building brand presence across multiple platforms.
- Proven track record of growing audience engagement, driving conversions, and managing successful paid/organic campaigns.
- Experience in crisis management, handling negative feedback, and maintaining brand reputation online.
