Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field. Advanced coursework or certifications in digital marketing are a plus.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Advanced proficiency in managing major social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Twitter/X, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube) and tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Later).
    • Expertise in content creation software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Canva Pro) for high-quality graphics, videos, and animations.
    • Strong command of analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Sprout Social Analytics) for in-depth performance tracking and reporting.
    • Familiarity with paid advertising tools (e.g., Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager) and SEO principles.
  • Experience:
    • 3+ years of professional experience in social media management, leading campaigns, or building brand presence across multiple platforms.
    • Proven track record of growing audience engagement, driving conversions, and managing successful paid/organic campaigns.
    • Experience in crisis management, handling negative feedback, and maintaining brand reputation online.
  • Soft Skills:
    • Exceptional organizational and strategic planning skills for managing complex content calendars and campaigns.
    • Superior communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and engage diverse audiences.
    • Creative problem-solving and adaptability to rapidly changing social media trends and algorithms.

Responsibilities

  • Content Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies, creating high-impact content (posts, videos, stories) to drive brand awareness and engagement.
  • Audience Engagement: Oversee community management, responding to interactions, fostering loyalty, and building a strong online presence.
  • Performance Analysis: Analyze campaign and post performance using advanced analytics tools, generating detailed reports to optimize strategies and ROI.
  • Campaign Management: Plan and manage paid and organic campaigns, ensuring alignment with marketing goals and budget constraints.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain detailed content calendars, document campaign outcomes, and present actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Risk and Reputation Management: Proactively monitor for risks (e.g., negative feedback, PR issues), implement crisis response strategies, and uphold brand integrity.
