Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Proficient in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM) for managing leads and sales pipelines.
    • Strong knowledge of sales analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) for tracking performance metrics.
    • Familiarity with digital sales platforms and strategies (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email marketing tools).
    • Competence in Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace for reporting and presentations.
  • Experience:
    • 2-4 years of professional experience in sales, with a focus on managing client relationships and driving revenue growth.
    • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in at least 2-3 mid-scale sales campaigns or projects.
    • Experience in negotiating contracts, closing deals, and handling objections in B2B or B2C environments.
  • Soft Skills:
    • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to motivate teams and build client trust.
    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills for engaging diverse stakeholders.
    • Analytical problem-solving and adaptability to dynamic market conditions.

Responsibilities

  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales plans to achieve revenue targets, aligning with organizational goals.
  • Client Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships, identifying upsell opportunities and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor sales metrics using CRM and analytics tools, generating reports to optimize strategies and forecast trends.
  • Team Collaboration: Work with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align sales efforts and enhance client experiences.
  • Negotiation and Closing: Lead deal negotiations, draft proposals, and close contracts to drive revenue growth.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status for transparency.
  • Risk Management: Identify market risks or client concerns, escalate issues, and develop strategies to maintain sales momentum.
