Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Proficient in digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, HubSpot, Mailchimp) for campaign management.
    • Strong experience with analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) to track campaign performance.
    • Familiarity with content creation tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) for designing marketing assets.
    • Knowledge of SEO/SEM principles and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho CRM).
  • Experience:
    • 2-4 years of professional experience in marketing, with a focus on executing and optimizing campaigns.
    • Proven track record of delivering at least 2-3 successful marketing campaigns (digital, social, or traditional) with measurable results.
    • Experience in market research, audience segmentation, and A/B testing to drive engagement.
  • Soft Skills:
    • Strong creative and analytical skills for developing compelling campaigns.
    • Excellent communication skills to collaborate with teams and present strategies to stakeholders.
    • Adaptability and problem-solving to navigate evolving market trends and challenges.

Responsibilities

  • Campaign Development: Plan and execute marketing campaigns across digital, social, and traditional channels to drive brand awareness and leads.
  • Content Creation: Develop engaging marketing materials (e.g., ads, emails, social posts) aligned with brand guidelines and campaign goals.
  • Performance Analysis: Track and analyze campaign metrics using analytics tools, generating reports to optimize ROI and inform future strategies.
  • Market Research: Conduct research on target audiences, competitors, and trends to refine marketing approaches and segmentation.
  • Collaboration: Partner with sales, design, and product teams to align marketing efforts and enhance campaign effectiveness.
  • Documentation: Maintain detailed records of campaign plans, budgets, and outcomes for transparency and reporting.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential campaign risks (e.g., low engagement, budget overruns), escalate issues, and propose solutions to maintain performance.
