AI Specialist (Abstract IT Group)

Requirements

• Education: Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s/Master’s in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or related field.
• Technical Skills:
  • Proficient in Python, R, or Java for AI development.
  • Familiar with machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
  • Basic understanding of deep learning, natural language processing (NLP), or computer vision concepts.
  • Exposure to big data tools (e.g., Hadoop, Spark) or cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Experience:
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in AI/ML model development through academic projects, internships, or personal projects.
  • Hands-on experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and basic model optimization.
• Soft Skills:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Effective communication skills for presenting technical ideas.
  • Team-oriented with a willingness to learn and collaborate.

Responsibilities

• Model Development: Assist in designing and optimizing AI/ML models to address business challenges, under senior guidance.
• Data Management: Perform data preprocessing, cleaning, and analysis to support model training and evaluation.
• Research and Learning: Stay informed on AI trends, experiment with new algorithms, and apply findings to improve model performance.
• Collaboration: Work closely with data scientists and engineers to integrate AI solutions into existing systems, contributing to team goals.
• Documentation and Ethics: Document workflows, model performance, and findings; support ethical AI practices by identifying potential biases.
